The Centenary and Addison Apartment Buildings, Carlisle, PA: Our commercial remodeling contractors were asked to restore this historical 1870s property, located on Carlisle’s West High Street near Dickinson College and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Working closely with the property owners, we converted this fire-damaged dilapidated property to a vibrant, mixed-use facility including modern commercial space and attractive luxury lofts with premium features, central air and other amenities, offering modern convenience with the charm of living in an historic building.
The Iroquois Hotel, New Cumberland, PA: Tuckey Restoration was a key player in a large-scale project to convert the Iroquois Hotel – originally built in 1830 – into a complex featuring a mixture of retail space and housing for low-income seniors. The property, which had fallen into disrepair prior to the renovation, was an immediate success, with tenants praising the design and neighbors glad to see a blighted building restored to its former glory.
