Project Development begins with the definition of your initial parameters and goals, followed by the collection of relevant data, using digital photos when appropriate, required site measurements, and often evaluations of your home / building's HVAC and electrical system needs. We then perform the conceptual development layout work, often with alternative solutions, using computer-based tools. Color drawings and illustrations will be presented to you so that you can best visualize the final product. Finally, your approval to move forward with construction is required. Our staff will be stewards of your interests, needs, budget, and vision. We will meet with you throughout the project to ensure your goals are met.
