  1. Tuckey Restoration, Inc. will not be held responsible for careless installation or cleaning techniques used by other contractors. The homeowner will be notified if any damage is found.
  2. Sections of drop ceiling may need to be removed in order to gain proper access to the system for cleaning.
  3. Openings made into the system will be created where needed for cleaning, visual inspections, etc. and will be created so they can besealed in accordance with industry codes and standards. These openings will not compromise the integrity of the system.
  4. If asbestos, lead, or any environmentally-hazardous material is found, the project will be stopped immediately until the material is tested and/or removed. Tuckey Restoration, Inc. assumes no responsibility, either physically or financially, for the testing or removal of any such hazardous material. In the event that said asbestos, lead, or other hazardous material is not removed within 30 days, Tuckey shall have no further obligation to perform its duties set forth in the Agreement and the Customer shall pay Tuckey for all services performed prior to such discovery.
