Complete Project Development

From project and conceptual development, to needs assessment and professional procurement turn to the Tuckey family of companies for all of your project development and building needs. First, a Project Developer will meet with you to discuss your project and provide candid feedback on the viability and preliminary cost projections.  If you are satisfied with our assessment, the Tuckey Project Development team may be contracted to work with you on the design and development of your project.  Should you desire an even more polished product, we can include our interior decorating and design expertise in the contract.  Project Development begins with the definition of your initial parameters and goals, followed by the collection of relevant data, using digital photos when appropriate, required site measurements, and often, evaluations of your home or building's HVAC and electrical system needs.  We then perform the conceptual development layout work, often with alternative solutions, using computer-based tools.  Color drawings and illustrations will be presented to you so that you can best visualize the final product.  Finally, your approval to move forward with construction is required.
