Notable restoration projects include the historic Centenary building in Carlisle, which was rebuilt after a devastating fire, the renowned Molly Pitcher Hotel, which was restored to provide senior housing, and the renovation of a dilapidated church building in downtown Carlisle to house the headquarters of the American Red Cross of Cumberland County.

Not only has Tuckey Restoration been honored with a number of awards, including the prestigious Chrysalis Award for Remodeling Excellence, and an Historic Preservation Award from Preservation Pennsylvania, the company was also recognized by the State of Pennsylvania and given a citation for "Impeccable Workmanship" for cleaning projects done on the rotunda of the state capitol building in Harrisburg by the Pennsylvania Capital Preservation Committee.
