Service technician Brandon cleaned and checked our two HVAC systems. He did a thorough job and clearly explained the status of each unit. Great, speedy service to repair my old boiler. The technician, Brandon was very professional and answered all my questions. He also brought to my attention a couple other issues I should look out for, which when you have an old house the list never ends! Will definitely use Tuckey's services in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about Dave who came out to service our gas furnace today. He and his coworker Matt were extremely polite and patient with explaining everything to me. Dave went above and beyond, and noticing our humidifier was unhooked because it was leaking, took the extra time to repair that for us. They left the area neater than they found it, and I look forward to signing up for a service contract with Tuckey. Really great people and a great company!

Fixed the previous installers errors in the drain line and did a super job. Cleaned up before they left and you would never even know they were here. Tyler and Andrew came out on a service call because furnace was not turning on. Tyler found the initial issue and the heat came on. He then checked further and found a failed switch. Had Tyler not gone the extra mile of checking the AC, we would have had a similar problem in warm weather. Great job! I really appreciate your thoroughness!

We had an emergency with our hot water heater and the same day I called a tech was dispatched out to diagnose our problem. Tyler was even able to make a temporary repair so we could have hot water while we wait for a new heater to arrive.
The technician named Dave was kind and courteous. He did the preventive maintenance requested on our heat pump and ac unit. He took the time to do it right and explain what was needed and why. Thank you again.
Discovered water coming through to our mudroom bathroom and garage. Called Tuckey’s immediate service line and someone called me back within minutes to dispatch a technician (Dave) to fix. Dave was kind and respectful and very quick to assess and remedy the situation. Thankful to have someone available on a Saturday morning so early. From first contact to end of service it was roughly 3 hours. We are very pleased with our service and would recommend and use Tuckey in the future!
Tyler was everything we wanted after purchasing a home where the inspector was negligent and inadequate. Tyler found and corrected many deficiencies; some were code violations. Tyler was outstanding. He was personable...he was knowledgeable....he was thorough in his observation of our environment, knowing we were uneasy with the state of our essential systems. We hope Tuckey has many more team members as outstanding as Tyler.

We had the Tuckey Company replace our HVAC system and the process was very simple . From start to finish the process went well . All staff involved were professional, responsive and very helpful. Todd from sales checked in with us several times during the process. Evan and Eric the installers were excellent answered questions we had and were hard workers. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to complete this major home upgrade. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project .

Every so often you purchase or have a product installed that doesn’t quite meet your expectations. Such was the case with an a/c unit we had installed last October. This spring when we started using it in earnest, we noticed a pulsating rather than a steady hum. The unit was also short cycling. Dave, from Tuckey came out and spent three hours attempting to diagnose the problem. The short cycling was a sensor improperly installed when the house was built. He wasn’t able to do anything about the pulsating. Jake, the salesman who sold us the unit came out and heard what we were talking about. He recorded the noise and within a week we had a completely new unit installed including the “a” coil. We were even upgraded to a Carrier as our other unit was not available. They followed up twice, both times in person and once by text to make sure we were satisfied. Their service is outstanding. They are locally owned and are in Carlisle. They have been in business since 1968. They have earned my business for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Everyone was professional. From Jerry to the installers. They installed the minisplits and didn't even leave a mess. The girls in the office were very efficient. When it was all done, it looked like the installers were never here. Thank you, and thanks to Nathan for getting this all started.

Technicians Matt and Blake were awesome. They ran a new gas line through several concrete walls and across a room, all while ensuring the line was not visible.
