Unfortunately I had to call Tuckey Restoration twice in the last 30 days for separate incidents at two properties in Carlisle. Fortunately they are fantastic to work with. Communication is excellent. Highly disappointed and insulted. I didn't care that the estimator showed up late. Thats understandable.... what is insulting is how he didn't listen and very unsympathetic/callous during our family's sensitive crisis. What's more insulting is the estimate sent indirectly implied: you can't afford this so we are not even going to quote you numbers. Let the other contractors who steered us wrong to begin with fix the messes.

For a business who is supposedly multipurpose pros,,, it was a sure let down. I do not recommend them for big jobs.

The restored areas appear as though nothing ever happened. The restoration technicians were highly skilled in all aspects of the job.They were professional, courteous, respectful of the existing environment and friendly. We are extremely pleased with the entire restoration process.

Yesterday Tuckey Restoration completed a project for me “deconstructing” the basement in my 50 + year old house. The staff was great to work with starting with Tiffany and Kevin who completed a thorough evaluation and prompt estimate. The team of hands-on workers led by Isaac K were very skilled and personable in each of their areas of the project. They were excellent communicators and provided extra assistance to me as needed. They completed the job ahead of schedule and left both my basement and my yard clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Tuckeys for all home restorations in the area.
They were on time, and careful within the house. They hit all my vents plus the dryer vent. I would hire them again.
Tuckey has literally bailed us out from a water leak twice!! Very quick to respond and remediate our business buildings. Excellent communication. Communicates directly with insurances so you don't act as the man in the middle. Final product is top notch. My experience was GREAT!! Highly recommend.
This is the second time I have used Tuckey for some home improvements. Ben and Dennis were involved on my first project and they did a great job, so I asked for them on my second project. All throughout the project Ben kept me aware of what was going on which I greatly appreciated. He is also a skilled master carpenter. I am very pleased with the work Ben and Dennis did.
We had contacted Tuckey's to update our Women’s Boutique. Ben was timely, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project. Ben and Isaac were a pleasure to work with and always made sure the space was kept clean. We can’t wait to hire them for our next project!

The crew did a great job clearing the dryer line and helped educate me on changes I can make to improve my dryer in the future. Very friendly, fast service, and they cleaned up after the job. I liked the online form to request the service and get on the schedule.
Best contractor experience I've ever had. Had a refrigerator leak while i was gone for an extended period of time damaging a good portion of my kitchen as well as having extensive mold in basement. They were fast to respond, communicative, and extremely professional. Can't thank them enough for all their help.
Had a small water leak from my unit into the tenants below. The tuckey techs were very kind and quick acting. They made sure the issue was resolved. Most importantly I didn’t feel like I was scammed or charged for any service I didn’t need. Would definitely recommend giving them a look.
Tuckey was wonderful to work with and will definitely use them again. I honestly don’t do reviews often but I felt the need to give Nick a glowing report! Most professional, commutative, and efficient person that has helped us with home needs in years. We ran into unexpected problems and it was handled with the utmost of professionalism. 11/10 for Nick if that were possible.
Ben did a fabulous job in designing and constructing cabinets for our older home. His craftsmanship is impeccable and he is incredibly professional. I would highly recommend Ben and Tuckey Restoration.
We had an emergency situation in our home with the backup of a sewer pipe. We weren't sure what had happened, just that we had a basement full of water. Tuckey Restoration responded quickly and efficiently to our situation. They identified the issue, and immediately went to work on addressing the excess water. We were a bit frazzled and their technicians put us at ease. They were calm, kind and so nice to work with. Highly recommend!

We have had the pleasure of using Tuckey to replace our HVAC system in December and most recently to mitigate and repair our downstairs from water damage. We have had nothing but good experiences with the Tuckey team and will absolutely use them in the future for any jobs that arise. They do great work, and all team members are polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Would 100% recommend using Tuckey for yourself!
I don't recommend. They came out to do the initial water clean up in my home, which was fine and well taken care of. We called several times to follow up so they could start repairs. They said they were working on the estimates for repairs to send to the insurance company. After the 3rd week we called again to be told they couldn't do the work because they were busy. Instead of telling me to begin with and making me wait 3 weeks. Don't waste your time.
Nothing quite prepares you for a disaster, as when we had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom which required half of the room and ceiling walls below to be taken down to the studs, as well as destroying the carpet. When my insurance company recommended Tuckey Restoration, I was very happy to use them since they are local to me. This team of 8 or more people were just amazing, starting with Matt, the office, the demo team, then the restoration team. Each member was professional, very knowledgeable, meticulous, and just nice people, every one of them! Adam, Nick, Christian, Ryan - all amazing. They were always accommodating to our schedule and I was very comfortable having this team in my house for the several weeks it took to coordinate putting our house back together. I can't say enough about them, and highly recommend Tuckey Restoration if you are ever in need of their services.
Christian and Joe were very professional, polite, and even patient with our very energetic dog. They walked me through the process, even showing me before and after photos of our duct work. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome or service they provided.

Tuckey was hired for residential duct cleaning service. Kevin and Joe did a great job. They were professional and worked hard. I would recommend this company.

We used Tuckey Restoration Inc. for a multi-phase problem on our second level that included water damage. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project. Everyone was incredibly knowledgable and the workmanship impeccable! Professionalism and communication with them was refreshing. We won't hesitate to contact them for any future needs. They were all wonderful at what they do!!
Jared S. and his partner did a great job! They were prompt and courteous. Jared thoroughly explained the duct cleaning process. They worked quickly and unintrusively. They left the rooms as clean as they found them and were very careful to avoid scuffing walls or floors. I definitely recommend them!
THANK YOU TUCKEY RESTORATION! We are absolutely in LOVE with the way this project turned out! Tuckey Restoration did an amazing job from start to finish. All of the guys were very respectful of our space and kept the mess contained so that we could go on living our lives in the midst of construction. My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers but this was a project that we couldn't take on ourselves and I am SO glad we didn't! They are focused on attention to detail and made sure that everything was perfect. The drywall work is FANTASTIC and they were able to tie in all of the elements nicely to what was already existing. The company was extremely responsive and helpful in making decisions that we needed to make (ie. wood selection). We can't say enough about how much we appreciate Tuckey Restoration and the care that they took in doing our project. Highly recommend!
Brandon and Zach remodeled our sunroom and built a mini deck this past fall. Their work was excellent. They informed me of each step, consulting when needed and were very professional and knowledgeable. The new sunroom is lovely. Derek painted both the inside of the sunroom and the whole house trim and windows. He was a careful and excellent painter. Other workers appeared over the months and all were friendly and professional. Chauncey did an excellent job overseeing and revising a project that he did not start. He was helpful with keeping in contact and answering all my questions. Thank you Tuckey for excellent service. We LOVE our new sunroom and the new furniture looks great!
